ST. LOUIS – Melinda Clark, SSM DePaul president/CEO, named Kevin Johnson, M.D., vice president of Medical Affairs and Quality at the health center. Dr. Johnson previously served as vice president of Medical Affairs of Medical Affairs on a part-time basis for the past five years and will assume his full-time position in January.
"Partnering with physicians has been a key to SSM DePaul’s success," said Clark. "Dr. Johnson will enhance that partnership with our medical staff. I am excited to have him join our administrative team full-time."
Dr. Johnson received his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in 1979 and an MBA from Southern Illinois University/Maryville University in 1998. He is a certified physician executive and has practiced at SSM DePaul Health Center since 1985.
