ST. LOUIS – Community leaders, physicians, developers and construction representatives join SSM DePaul President Melinda Clark to break ground on a third medical office building at the SSM DePaul Health Center campus. The new building is part of a $30 million expansion including an 650-space parking garage, new cardiac catherization labs, new TomoTherapyTM cancer radiation treatment and an ambulatory surgery center. The new, 80,000 square-foot building was designed by the Lawrence Group and will be developed by Frauenshuh in partnership with SSM DePaul. Alberici will serve as the general contractor, and Nueterra Healthcare will manage the new physician partnership ambulatory surgery center. The building completion is scheduled for August 2006.
