Dreaming of a good night’s sleep?
SSM DePaul opens second sleep testing center in Florissant
More than 40 million Americans are chronically ill with sleep disorders. However, most sleep disorders are easily diagnosed, and treatment can greatly improve the quality of life for those with sleep problems.
To help patients who have difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep or who are often sleepy during the day, SSM DePaul Health Center recently opened a second sleep diagnostic testing center in Florissant, located at 3837 Vaile Avenue. The new location complements the sleep center’s original located across from the health center at 3472 Bridgeland Drive in Bridgeton.
Symptoms of sleeps disorders include: snoring, dry mouth, awakening from sleep gasping or choking, difficulty staying awake while watching TV or reading a book, and difficulty staying asleep.
If you think you or a family member may have sleeping difficulties, talk to your doctor about the benefits of a sleep study. For more information, call (314) 770-0809. |
